Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions – "Products for Points"

1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for the operation of the "Products for Points" Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program"), organized by Hungaricum Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, Poland.
1.2. The Program is intended for customers of OstryStefek.pl who make purchases and meet the conditions specified in these terms.
1.3. Participation in the Program is voluntary and free of charge.

2. Earning Points

2.1. Participants can earn points in the following ways:

✅ Purchasing products included in the Program – 10 points for every PLN 10 spent.
✅ Leaving a review of a purchased product – 10 points.
✅ Subscribing to the newsletter – 100 points (one-time only).

2.2. Points are automatically credited to the participant's account after fulfilling the eligibility criteria.
2.3. Points for product purchases are awarded only for paid and completed orders.
2.4. Points for product reviews are awarded after verification and publication in the store.

3. Redeeming Points for Products

3.1. Collected points can be exchanged for products available in the Program catalog.
3.2. Point redemption is only possible with a minimum purchase of PLN 50.
3.3. The list of products available for redemption may change, and their availability is limited.
3.4. Points cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of monetary benefit.

4. Point Validity

4.1. Points earned in the Program do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.

5. Final Provisions

5.1. The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, providing participants with 14 days' notice.
5.2. The organizer reserves the right to cancel points in cases of a violation of the terms or suspected abuse.
