Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. The online store OstryStefek.pl (hereinafter: "Store") is operated by Hungaricum Sp. z o.o., located at Mikołaja Wierzynka 5/19, 01-172 Warsaw, Poland, registered in the National Court Register under number 0000471154, NIP 5272707905.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases, using the Store's services, and the rights and obligations of the Parties.

2. Rules for Making Purchases

2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 via the Store's website.
2.2. Creating an account is not required to place an order, but having an account provides access to additional features.
2.3. The Customer selects products, adds them to the cart, and finalizes the order by choosing a payment and delivery method.
2.4. After placing an order, the Customer receives an email confirmation.
2.5. The Store reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of product unavailability or incorrect customer data.


3. Payments

3.1. Available payment methods:

3.2. If payment is not received within 7 business days, the order will be canceled.
3.3. Payment Operator:

The entity providing online payment services for fast transfers is PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24).

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees to an alternative method. The Buyer incurs no fees for the refund.


4. Delivery

4.1. Deliveries are available within Poland and the EU.
4.2. Available delivery options:

  • Poczta Polska (Polish Post) ✉️
  • International shipping (costs calculated individually) 🌍

4.3. Estimated delivery time:

  • 1-3 business days within Poland.
  • 5-14 business days for international shipments.

4.4. Free shipping for orders over 150 PLN within Poland.


5. Warranty and Product Compliance

5.1. Product defect complaints:

The Customer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 and the Civil Code.

Complaints can be submitted:

The complaint should include:

  • Customer's full name or business name
  • Order number
  • Description of the defect and date of detection
  • Customer's request (e.g., exchange, repair, refund)
  • Photos of the defect (if possible)

5.2. Returning defective products:

  • The Customer should send the product to: Hungaricum Sp. z o.o., Brończany 27B, 16-061 Brończany, Poland.
  • The product should be returned, if possible, in its original packaging with proof of purchase and accessories.
  • If the complaint is accepted, the Store covers the cost of the return shipment.

6. Right to Withdraw from the Contract

6.1. Customers who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product.
6.2. A withdrawal statement should be sent via email or post to the Store's address.
6.3. The returned product must be sent back within 14 days of withdrawal.
6.4. The Store refunds the payment within 14 days of receiving the returned product.


7. Personal Data Protection

7.1. The administrator of personal data is Hungaricum Sp. z o.o..
7.2. Customers' personal data is processed only for order fulfillment in accordance with the Store’s Privacy Policy.
7.3. Customers have the right to access, modify, or delete their personal data.


8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
8.2. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
8.3. These Terms and Conditions are effective from the date of their publication on the Store's website.
