✅ 1 medium head of cauliflower 🥦
✅ 100 g Univer Piros Arany paprika paste 🌶️
✅ 250 g all-purpose flour
✅ 1 tsp baking powder
✅ 1 whole egg 🥚
✅ 150 ml light beer 🍺
✅ Salt 🧂
✅ Sunflower oil for frying 🌻
Instructions:
🥦 1. Prep the cauliflower – Break the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted boiling water until just tender (al dente). They should be soft enough for a knife to slide in easily but still hold their shape.
🌡️ 2. Marinate – Drain and let the florets cool to room temperature. Using a kitchen brush, coat each piece with Univer Piros Arany to evenly cover with its spicy, flavorful paste.
🥣 3. Make the batter – Mix flour, baking powder, egg, and beer until you have a smooth, thick batter with no lumps.
