Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 150 g smoked paprika sausage, sliced
- 1 large red onion, diced
- ½ green bell pepper, diced
- ½ red bell pepper, diced
- 100 g tarhonya (Hungarian pearl pasta)
- 1 tsp Univer Haragos Pista Hot Paprika Paste
- 500 ml vegetable broth or water
- Salt, freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped

5️⃣ Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
