Preparation

Spiced Chestnut Drink

  1. In a tall container, froth the cold milk using a blender or immersion blender.

  2. Add the spices – be generous with cinnamon and cardamom, and use cloves sparingly.

  4. If the drink is too thick, add a little more milk.
