Ingredients for 4 Servings
📌 Dough:
✅ 500 g all-purpose flour
✅ 30 g fresh yeast
✅ 200 ml warm milk 🥛

✅ 1 tsp salt
✅ 30 ml sunflower oil 🌻
✅ Oil for frying 🍳
📌 Toppings:
✅ 150 g thick sour cream 🥄
✅ 25 g Univer Garlic Paste 🧄
✅ 80 g grated Trappist cheese 🧀
Instructions
🥣 1. Prepare the Yeast Mixture
- Mix warm milk with sugar and crumbled fresh yeast.
- Let sit for 5 minutes until the yeast becomes frothy.
👩🍳 2. Make the Dough
- In a mixing bowl, add flour and make a well in the center.
- Pour in the yeast mixture, sunflower oil, and warm water.
- Knead into a smooth, elastic dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
🥯 3. Shape the Lángos
- Divide the dough into 10 equal portions, shape them into balls, and let them rest for 10 minutes.
- Flatten each ball into a palm-sized round.
🔥 4. Fry the Lángos
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry each lángos for about 1.5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
🧄 5. Add the Toppings
- Mix sour cream with Univer Garlic Paste and spread over warm lángos.
- Sprinkle with grated Trappist cheese and serve immediately!
