Instructions

- Rub the pork neck slices evenly with Erős Pista paprika paste and place them in a baking dish without overlapping.
- Pour in the cola, cover with aluminum foil, and roast for 20–25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and continue roasting for 15–20 more minutes until the meat develops a golden-brown crust.

- Peel the cucumber into thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
- Peel and julienne the ginger into thin strips.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until fragrant.

- In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Add the cucumber and ginger, mix well, and let sit for a few minutes.
