Ingredients for 4 Servings

📌 For the Meat:
✅ 4 large bone-in pork neck slices 🥩
✅ 60 g Univer Erős Pista hot paprika paste 🌶️
✅ 300 ml cola 🥤

📌 For the Cucumber Salad:
✅ 600 g English cucumber 🥒
✅ 40 ml sesame oil 🌿
✅ 20 ml rice vinegar 🍶
✅ 20 ml light soy sauce 🥢
✅ 25 g fresh ginger
✅ 25 g sesame seeds


Instructions

🔥 1. Roasting the Pork Neck

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Rub the pork neck slices evenly with Erős Pista paprika paste and place them in a baking dish without overlapping.
  • Pour in the cola, cover with aluminum foil, and roast for 20–25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and continue roasting for 15–20 more minutes until the meat develops a golden-brown crust.

🥗 2. Preparing the Salad

  • Peel the cucumber into thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler.
  • Peel and julienne the ginger into thin strips.
  • Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until fragrant.

🥢 3. Making the Dressing

  • In a bowl, whisk together sesame oil, rice vinegar, and soy sauce.
  • Add the cucumber and ginger, mix well, and let sit for a few minutes.
  • Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds just before serving.
