Ingredients:
- 50 g butter
- 300 g chicken liver
- 30 g Univer Onion Paste

- 4–6 large, ripe tomatoes
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 4–5 sprigs fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken Pâté:
- Melt the butter in a pan, then add cleaned and chopped chicken liver. Sauté until lightly browned.
- Stir in Univer Onion Paste and cook briefly under a lid.
- Blend the mixture into a smooth, creamy pâté, seasoning with Univer Piros Arany Paprika Paste for extra depth of flavor.
2. Prepare the Tomatoes:
- Wash the tomatoes, slice off the tops (about ⅕ of the tomato), and carefully scoop out the insides with a spoon. (Save the pulp for sauces or soups.)
- Fill each hollowed tomato with chilled pâté.
3. Garnish & Serve:
- Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and chopped parsley.
- Add a small swirl of Univer Piros Arany Paprika Paste on top for an extra burst of flavor.
- Serve with crispy croutons or toasted bread.
