Product Description

Feel the heat of Hungary with Tóalmási Tüzeskolbász 450g, a traditional extra spicy Hungarian sausage made from a time-tested family recipe. Crafted with premium pork, pork fat, and hot Hungarian paprika, this semi-dry sausage is bold, fiery, and packed with authentic Eastern European flavor.

Naturally aged for 3 weeks in controlled temperature and humidity, this sausage is then cold-smoked using beechwood in a traditional stone smokehouse. The result is a richly aromatic, firm and sliceable sausage with intense paprika heat, perfect for those who love truly spicy cured meats.

Unlike commercial sausages, Tóalmási Tüzeskolbász contains no nitrites, artificial preservatives, colorants, or texture enhancers. Instead, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) is used as a natural curing agent.

Each sausage is vacuum-sealed in food-grade film under a protective atmosphere (MAP) to maintain maximum freshness, flavor, and hygiene – no refrigeration required before opening.
