Univer Prémium raspberry marmalade with 60% fruit

Univer Prémium raspberry marmalade is made with a generous amount of fruit. Every 100 g of finished product is prepared using 60 g of raspberries, giving the marmalade its distinctive raspberry flavor.

The product is heat-treated for preservation and, according to the manufacturer, contains no preservatives. Its ingredients include raspberries, sugar, pectin and concentrated lemon juice. The marmalade comes in a convenient 300 g glass jar.

How to use raspberry marmalade

Recipe from the label: Néró cookies with raspberry marmalade

Ingredients

• 300 g softened baking margarine,
• 300 g powdered sugar,
• 4 egg yolks,
• 500 g all-purpose flour,
• grated lemon zest,
• 1 packet vanilla sugar,
• Univer Prémium raspberry marmalade for sandwiching,
• melted chocolate for decorating.

Directions

1. Beat the softened margarine briefly on its own. Add the powdered sugar and continue beating until light and fluffy.
2. Add the egg yolks one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
3. Add the flour, grated lemon zest and vanilla sugar. Mix until a uniform dough forms.
4. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a round or star-shaped piping tip.
5. Pipe small dome-shaped portions onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in a moderately heated oven for approximately 6–7 minutes.
7. Allow the cookies to cool. Sandwich them in pairs with raspberry marmalade.
8. Finish by drizzling the cookies with melted chocolate.
